BOB WISE, President
Mr. Wise is a founder and principal in WGS, a fast emerging high-technology firm which provides electronic products and system engineering services to the US DoD and its prime contractors. Specializing in integrated surveillance systems on manned and unmanned airborne, ground and surface platforms.
Mr. Wise provides strong leadership and engineering skills to the organization. During his 25 years in the industry, he has worked in system engineering, software engineering, embedded systems design and development, and program management. He has been an engineering and division director in multiple organizations and vice president at both Northrop Grumman and L-3 Communications.
WARREN "CHUCK" SWARTZ, Vice-President, COO
Mr. Swartz has over 20 years of experience in defense contracting, and 13 years in the United States Air Force. During his military career, he was involved in program and contract management, and served as an instructor in contract management and quality assurance. Since then, Mr. Swartz has worked in contract management and operations including contracts, subcontracts, HR, pricing, production, and material. He has held positions as a contracts director, and vice president of operations at California Microwave, Inc.
KIRK GRIFFIN, Vice-President, CTO
Mr. Griffin brings 28 years of engineering experience in the defense reconnaissance and surveillance, and commercial wireless industries to the team. He provides expertise in system engineering and development, RF and digital hardware development, software design, algorithm development, system simulation and modeling, and data analysis. He has been the engineering director in three organizations and vice president of engineering at L-3 Communications.
