This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and a passion for connecting top talent with the right opportunities.

Education Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

Experience Required:

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively
• Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
