WGS Systems Adds Tim Denning as Chief Growth Officer and Opens Northern Virgina Office

customers, today announced the appointment of Tim Denning as Chief Growth Officer (CGO).
In conjunction with the appointment, the company also announced the opening of a new office in
Northern Virginia, expanding its presence in the National Capital Region to better serve its
growing customer base across the Metro Washington, D.C. area.

In the newly created role, Denning will lead enterprise-wide growth strategy, including business development, capture, strategic partnerships, and market expansion. He brings more than 15
years of experience leading growth and investment organizations across the defense, private
equity, and venture capital landscapes, with a track record of scaling platforms, building high-performing
teams, and driving sustainable revenue growth.

Partners, where he invested in critical technology. Prior to that, he held executive positions at
DSA, SMDI, STG, and L3 Communications.

The opening of the Northern Virginia office reflects the company’s continued investment in
proximity to customers, partners, and decision-makers throughout the defense and national
security ecosystem. The new location will serve as a hub for business development, customer
engagement, and program support activities.
