WGS Systems and RSI Europe Announce Strategic Partnership to offer FPV strike drones built on Ukrainian battlefield experience

May 15, 2026

Frederick, MD — 15 May 2026 — WGS Systems, LLC (WGS), a leading defense systems and services provider serving nearly two decades supporting U.S. government, coalition partners, and
industry customers, today announced a strategic teaming arrangement with RSI Europe (RSI), a leading UAS provider in Europe. This collaboration combines WGS’s engineering and
integration capability with RSI’s world-leading Group 1 Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) to deliver scalable, mission-ready solutions for U.S. Department of War (DoW) customers.

Under the agreement, WGS will integrate NDAA-compliant variants of RSI’s systems and offer them through public tenders across all branches of the DoW. Together, the companies will
provide customers with a seamless path to deployment, reduced integration complexity, and greater mission flexibility.

This collaboration comes at a time of increasing demand for autonomous systems where customers require trusted, scalable, and rapidly deployable solutions. By aligning capabilities
across both organizations, the partnership is designed to accelerate innovation and pathways to the DoW market, while supporting evolving operational requirements across the DoW
enterprise.

“We are fortunate to team with RSI who has hardened its solutions in real-world, high intensity, high iteration environments,” said Bob Wise, CEO of WGS. “This partnership reinforces
our commitment to delivering solutions that are operationally relevant, scalable, and built to meet the real-world needs of our customers.”

“After searching for the most capable, combat proven platform in Eastern Europe, we are fortunate enough to have found and teamed with RSI,” said Tim Denning, CGO of WGS. “This
partnership allows WGS to continue building upon our nearly 20 years of listening to and delivering for the warfighter.”

“RSI makes the premier group one, one way attack drone in the world, demonstrated through real combat experience,” said Tomas Milašauskas, CEO of RSI. “By working with WGS, we can bring
our leading capabilities to the U.S. warfighter, creating a strong foundation for customers who need trusted performance, speed of execution, and long-term adaptability.”

Initial joint efforts will focus on providing Group 1 First Person View (FPV) drone capabilities to U.S. Army, Navy, Marine Corps, and other DoW customers, with additional opportunities
expected across the United States. The modular approach is designed to support future upgrades and evolving customer requirements without needing full system redesign.

Under the agreement, WGS will serve as the US integration and delivery partner for RSI’s Shpak family of FPV strike drones in NDAA-compliant configuration. This strategic partnership
reflects both companies’ shared commitment to advancing national security, operational readiness, supply chain resilience, and autonomous operations in the U.S. DoW, and enabling
customers to move faster with greater confidence.
